Do Chaperones need to register?

Yes. All chaperones are required to pay the full registration price.

Is Parking available for large busses and vans?

Yes. Parking will be available off-site for all large vehicles.

Is there a dress code?

The entire conference is casual, due to the games during the services and other activities throughout. We understand that standards vary at different churches, so we ask that the teens dress as you deem appropriate in a way that is modest and Christ-honoring.

Have you secured group rates for hotels?

At this time, we have provided hotel recommendations that don’t include any special group rates. We are still working to secure the best rates for you and your groups. Be sure to check the “Lodging” page prior to booking for any updates.

what ages are allowed to attend the conference?

We welcome all students entering 6th grade to those who have recently graduated high school.

when should we arrive on August 5th?

Conference check-in will take place from 4:00PM - 6:30PM.

How far is King's Dominion from Crossroads Baptist Church?

We recommend allowing, no less than, 1 1/2 hours for travel to King's Dominion. Expect to experience some traffic while heading back to the hotel in the afternoon. We recommended leaving the park no later than 3:00pm

Is Parking free at King's Dominion?

No. Parking is $30 for each vehicle.
